Buying our first home in a tough market was very stressful, but Ayushi made it as easy as possible. She is very responsive, detail-oriented, patient, and knowledgeable. In my opinion, the two things that I most appreciated about working with Ayushi were:

1) Her strong due diligence process: On every walkthrough and inspection, she is very thorough. She asks all of the right questions and comes prepared with research beforehand. She definitely saved us from purchasing a home with very high ongoing maintenance costs that we would not have considered.

2) Her patience. We started looking for a home in Jan 2021 and could have easily overpaid. Ayushi was very aware of market conditions and made sure that we kept a level head and did not get into any "fear of missing out" driven bidding wars.
